Carl's yoga career began 20 years ago, learning in the Iyengar tradition to alleviate recurring back pain, thereafter he practiced and taught predominantly the Astanga method. Currently, he draws inspiration from a range of practices and likes best to teach a strong vinyasa style that in addition to helping with balance and flexibility will greatly build the practitioner's strength and stamina.
